What is the age limit for the play equipment?

Most of our soft play equipment is designed for children aged 0 to 5 years. However, select items such as the playhouse, jumbo ball pit, and caterpillar tunnel, are suitable for kids up to 10 years old. For safety reasons, please ensure children use age-appropriate equipment and are supervised at all times.

How do I book a setup?

Simply contact us via WhatsApp, email, phone, or submit the booking request form on our website. We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the booking process

How far in advance should I book?

As soon as you have your event date! Our calendar fills up quickly, so early booking helps secure your preferred date. However, you’re welcome to enquire at any time — if the date is still open, we’ll gladly accommodate you!

Question 5

Do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a security deposit of N$1,000 is required to secure your event date. Once the date is secured, the package price can be paid any day before the event. The security deposit is separate from the package cost and is held in case of any damages, missing items, or extra cleaning if needed. It will be fully refunded after the event, provided everything is returned in the same condition it was setup in.
 
Please note: the date of your event is not reserved, and will remain available until a security deposit has been paid.

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery within Windhoek is included in the price of the package. For areas outside Windhoek, such as Osona, Omeya and nearby farms, a delivery fee applies and will be covered by the client. Please contact us for a quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept direct bank deposits, Pay2Cell, and bank wallet services.

Question 8

Do you set up at public parks or outdoor venues?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do. However, it’s the client’s responsibility to secure any required permissions or permits from the relevant authorities.

What’s included in the hire?

How long is the hire period?

The standard hire period is from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If you need extra time, let us know — extended hire may be available for an additional fee.

What are the rules for the play areas?

Accepted Answer

Adult supervision is required at all times.
No shoes, food, drinks, or sharp objects inside the play area.
Only children within the recommended age group may use the equipment.
No rough play is allowed.
All toys and soft play equipment must remain inside the play area.
No pets or outside toys in the play zone.
No face paint, party poppers, glitter, slime, or similar items in the play area.

What if it rains or the weather is bad?

For outdoor events, if there is a chance of rainfall or strong winds, we’ll try to reschedule or adjust the setup based on availability.

Question 13

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes.
 
If cancellation is made more than 14 days before the event, 100% refund.
If less than 13 days before: 50% refund.
If less than 7 days: Non-refundable, but we may offer a credit for a future booking.
 
Rescheduling is allowed based on availability.
